At UK Phoenix Healthcare, we’re growing our dedicated team of Domiciliary Care Assistants who support adults and children across Staffordshire and Telford to live independently, safely, and happily in their own homes. We pride ourselves on delivering person‑centred, co‑produced care — ensuring every individual receives support that’s tailored to their needs, preferences, and goals.

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will:

• Support service users with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks.
• Promote independence and dignity at every opportunity.
• Encourage engagement in activities and routines that enhance wellbeing.
• Provide care that reflects the individual's choices, culture, and aspirations.
• Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, compassionate, and flexible individuals who are willing to commit to
• Working a minimum of 2 evenings per week.
• Alternate weekends (one weekend on, one off).
• Travelling up to one hour from your postcode to deliver care.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Have good general availability to provide consistent care.
• Be willing to complete our induction and shadowing programme.
• Have a caring nature and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• (Experience in care is preferred but not essential – we’ll train you!)
