Development Opportunity:
Hub Manager Role at STaRS-Staffordshire.
The post holder will lead a team to support the management of Inclusion Staffordshire STaRS (Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery System) service and be responsible for a specialist area within Staffordshire STaRS. The post holder will contribute to the strategic and operational development of the service. The post holder will monitor performance in relation to contract and relevant key performance indicators and outcomes.

The post-holder will manage a team as a member of the STaRS service delivering treatment options to service users.
The post-holder will manage and be responsible for a specialist function within the service.
A major part of the role is to integrate a strengths-based recovery approach into the service and support staff in meeting targets set.
To work alongside the Inclusion Management team in ensuring service targets are met by mentoring and supervising staff.
To take a lead role in service promotion and encouraging new Service User's into treatment.
To provide support to the Operational Leads and Service Manager on a day-to-day basis to ensure effective service delivery and staff support.
The ability to be flexible and adapt to service needs.

Person Specification Qualifications- Honours Degree in a related field, or a professional Qualification in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology or probation, or be able to demonstrate in application and interview equivalent experience in the Substance misuse field.
- A sound knowledge of drugs their effects and treatment options
- Evidence of delivering effective practice which is evidence based.
