We're looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a gentleman in his late 50s in his own home.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes his independence, wellbeing, and enables him to continue enjoying an active and fulfilling lifestyle within his local community.

He enjoys attending social, exercise and support groups, along with hobbies including poetry, painting, card games and board games. You'll play an important role in supporting him to access these activities and continue doing the things he enjoys most.

Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant

✔ Support with personal care while promoting dignity and independence
✔ Administer medication safely and accurately
✔ Provide catheter care
✔ Assist with moving and handling requirements
✔ Support community activities, appointments and social outings
✔ Promote wellbeing and encourage independence
✔ Provide overnight monitoring during night shifts, ensuring safety, comfort and a restful environment

What You'll Need

* Minimum 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK

* Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable

* Committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care

* Willingness to complete client-specific clinical training

* Full UK driving licence

* Right to work in the UK

* Comfortable working around pets

Due to the nature of this package, our client may request either male or female Healthcare Assistants in line with their individual care needs.
