Limewood Care Home is a purpose built service in Stafford, providing specialist dementia, nursing and respite care for 59 residents.
The home offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals with complex health needs, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care.
Role OverviewAs a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs and long term conditions.
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Contract £24.59 per hour Dayshift Contracted to 37.5 hours per week
- Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
- Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills
- Confidence leading shifts and supporting a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in complex care or mental health is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment
