The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the full recruitment process across both candidates and clients. You'll be responsible for:
Building relationships with candidates and clients Sourcing candidates through Linked In, job boards and direct outreach Speaking to people over the phone and understanding their career goals Developing new business and building your client network Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement Negotiating offers and closing deals Developing your own specialist market as you progress It's a sales-focused role , so you'll be working towards targets and your results will directly influence your earnings and progression.
