HR Advisor

HR Advisor 12-month FTC North Leicestershire Onsite Loom Talent are currently partnering with a fast-paced blue-collar organisation based in North Leicestershire who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team, initially on a 12-month FTC. This will report to the HR Business Partner and work as part of a team of around 4 supporting the site headcount of c1000 employees.

The Role Build strong relationships with managers to understand their specific HR needs and provide practical, commercially focused HR advice. Be proactive and ensure policies and procedures are up to date and fit for purpose Management of day-to-day HR activities support ing on key projects and initiatives across the full employee lifecycle Act as the link between site teams and the central functions such as Talent, Learning & Development, and Payroll - ensuring everyone has the same objectives and are working towards the same outcome Ownership of employee relations cases, providing sound HR advice to managers and coaching on best practise.
