Portfolio HR & Reward are representing a world-renowned manufacturing business seeking a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. The role is fully office based at their Stoke on Trent offices with a salary between £32,000 and £37,000.
You will act as first point of contact for HR guidance, coach managers on people management, manage employee relations caseload, and drive recruitment and onboarding while ensuring compliance with UK employment law, GDPR and ACAS guidelines.
