Sharp Brains is seeking an IT Incident Technician to identify and resolve technical issues in their IT infrastructure. This role focuses on maintaining IT hardware inventory and providing support for Windows-based devices, logging incidents, and troubleshooting hardware/software problems.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of deskside support experience, strong technical skills, and knowledge of Service Now. This office-based position also requires teamwork with internal and global support teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
