IT Manager - ERP & Business Systems

The IT Manager - ERP & Business Systems position, based in Bradley, is a permanent, full-time role offering a salary between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum. This office-based post operates Monday to Friday, placing you at the heart of daily operations. You will take charge of the entire IT function, ensuring seamless performance across the organisation. Responsibilities include supporting the ERP platform, Microsoft 365, and other core applications.

Working alongside the Director and external partners, you will refine existing infrastructure and drive improvements that align with business expansion. This hands-on position suits a proactive problem-solver who thrives on maintaining robust, efficient systems and delivering practical technology solutions across all departments. • Own and manage the day-to-day IT function across the business
• Support the ERP system, Microsoft 365 and other key business applications
• Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and IT infrastructure
• Provide hands-on support for users, hardware, software and technical issues
• Work with external IT providers on upgrades, cybersecurity and business continuity
• Drive continuous improvements to systems, processes and the overall IT environment

• ERP systems (Orderwise or similar would be advantageous)
• Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory
• Network infrastructure, security and troubleshooting
• Providing hands-on IT support in a business environment

• Identifying and implementing system improvements
