Position Overview

The Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) will provide frontline support to caregivers and veterans, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Verify eligibility using VA systems and schedule appointments.
  • Provide general guidance and escalates complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to privacy/security protocols.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation.
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Experience working with veterans or in healthcare settings.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
