Multi-Skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer – Stafford

, ensuring a safe, efficient, and regulatory compliant environment.

This role is foundational to the site's operation, demanding expertise in both reactive and planned maintenance across all building services and infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime and adherence to all health and safety standards.

• Building Services Maintenance (HVAC, Water, Lighting):
• Execute PPM and remedial work on critical plant, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), fan systems, pumps, motors, and HVAC equipment.
• Manage and implement L8 compliance tasks, including water hygiene checks, temperature monitoring, and minor treatment applications.
• Maintain and repair essential electrical infrastructure, including power distribution boards, lighting controls, emergency lighting systems, and minor fire system issues.
