Stafford, ST15 About the Role TC Facilities Management is urgently recruiting for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team of cleaners at the busy and high-footfall for a motorway service station . In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team of five cleaners to ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all customer areas including public toilets and shower facilities .

Youll work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks, provide on-the-job training, and be the first point of contact for any site cleaning issues. Shifts may include : 06:00 14:00, 14:00 22:00, or 10:00 18:00 (Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs.) What You'll Need Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership Own vehicle due to the location, there is no public transport access
