Job Title:

Multiskilled OperativeCBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Multi-skilled Operative to join the team located in Stafford.

Purpose of Job Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks on the Account. This will include the supervision of specialist sub-contractors and ensuring all CBRE and sub-contractor paperwork is up to date. Also ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed as per the CBRE QHSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPMs to the sites M&E systems (BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators and LV Electrical Distribution and Switch Gear etc).Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Contract Support or Contract Management in line with the Service Level Agreements.

To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to other site plant as required.

Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant.

Ensure that comprehensive maintenance records are kept in the form of “Frontline” task sheets.

Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices

To develop a good working relationship with all members of CBRE Managed Services staff and client's staff.

Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required.

Ensure a professional image of CBRE Managed Services is presented to clients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and always promoted.

General site maintenance - painting, gutter cleaning, drain inspections and cleaning, winter gritting, roof inspections

Fire alarm inspections and testing

Sprinkler system inspection and testing

Washroom maintenance

Office/equipment moves and relocations

Room set up around site Water hygiene - outlet flushing, sampling.

Quickly react to any potential on site issue

On Call (1 in
3) with potential overtime if requiredIPAF training needed or given

Safe ladder use around site Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning.

EducationA good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic Mathematics skills.
