️ Site Manager (M&E / Hard Services Bias)

Stafford | £50,000 to £55,000 + package

We’re recruiting a hands-on Site Manager to oversee hard services delivery on a live MOD site in Stafford.

This role is ideal for someone from an M&E, FM, or building services background who’s comfortable leading engineers, managing small works, and keeping a busy site running smoothly across mechanical, electrical and fabric disciplines.

If you prefer plant rooms and problem solving over tower cranes and groundworks, this one’s for you.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, managing a team of circa 10 engineers and trades across:

* Mechanical

* Electrical

* Fabric / building maintenance

You’ll be the bridge between engineers and client, keeping jobs safe, organised and delivered on time.

What you’ll be doing

* Managing reactive & planned maintenance works

* Overseeing small projects and minor refurbishments

* Supervising engineers and subcontractors on site

* Client liaison and progress updates

* RAMS, permits, H&S compliance

* Coordinating mech, elec and fabric works in a live environment

* Making sure jobs get done properly, first time

What we’re looking for

* Experience as a Site Manager / Facilities Manager / Hard Services Manager / M&E Supervisor stepping up

* Background in building services, FM or maintenance environments

* Comfortable managing multi-trade teams

* Strong H&S knowledge

* Client-facing and organised

* Experience on MOD, healthcare, or secure/critical sites a bonus
