We’re seeking an experienced General Manager who can build on our strong foundations and guide this talented, motivated team to the next level to join us at our Ford Stafford dealership.

• Lead the dealership with passion, setting the standard across all departments and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrate commitment to both financial results and long-term customer loyalty, ensuring the dealership continues to grow and succeed.

• Proven success as a General Manager in a main dealership, ideally with experience across both new and used vehicle operations.
• A collaborative and motivational leadership style.

• £70,000 basic salary, OTE £100,000 + Company Car
