• Lead and manage the home as the Children's Home Manager, ensuring compliance and quality of care.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment that promotes positive outcomes for young people with EBD.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, embedding a culture of excellence.
• Ensure full adherence to OFSTED standards, safeguarding procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, resourcing, and reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate effectively with families, local authorities, and multi-agency partners.
• Continually review and improve care plans and operational procedures.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within residential childcare.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

• At least 2 years' experience in a children's residential care setting.
• Experience in Management or as a Deputy Manager
• Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
