We're seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager to lead a brand-new EBD children's home in Stafford. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to deliver outstanding care, ensure Ofsted compliance, and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the home as the Children's Home Manager, ensuring compliance and quality of care.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment that promotes positive outcomes for young people with EBD.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, embedding a culture of excellence.
- Ensure full adherence to OFSTED standards, safeguarding procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, resourcing, and reporting to senior management.
- Collaborate effectively with families, local authorities, and multi-agency partners.
- Continually review and improve care plans and operational procedures.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within residential childcare.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- At least 2 years' experience in a children's residential care setting.
- Experience in Management or as a Deputy Manager
- Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
