Registered Fostering Manager

Location: Northwest England/West Midlands

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + car allowance

Non Stop Consulting is working with a small independent fostering agency who are looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

You will oversee two offices, one in the Northwest and one in the West Midlands. The role is hybrid working with travel between offices every other week. The agency has around 40 fostering households and 11 staff members across both offices. You will be registered with Ofsted and ensure therapeutic and safeguarding practices for the agency.

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
• Driver
• Fostering Experience
• Management experience including working with Ofsted
