Recruitment Marketing Partner at Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom

Salary: £45, 265 - The advertised salary is inclusive of a base salary of £34,233 and a shift allowance of £11,032. Applicants may also be eligible for a RRA of up to £1,450.

In this role you will manage a geographically diverse team, acting as a mentor and supporting their learning and development. You will lead and implement changes within your team and ensure concerns from customers and stakeholders are dealt with at the appropriate level in line with Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) expectations.

You will be a vital member of the local network management team, advocating best practices and exploring cross-network opportunities. You will effectively collaborate across enforcement delivery to ensure intelligence-driven interactions to drive wider engagement across the network.

  • Delivering high performance by providing quality leadership, support and guidance, and fostering colleague engagement throughout a nationwide enforcement network.
  • Coaching and managing the performance of all team members, ensuring they are trained, fully aware of required targets/ quality standards and kept informed of any changes.
  • Ensuring all team members have a current personal development plan (PDP) to cater for personal development and succession planning, and coaching and supporting the team to overcome skills gaps.

About you

You will be an engaging and supportive leader to coach and develop your team to improve performance and deliver a high-quality service. You will be someone who enjoys working closely with others and can express yourself in a confident and concise manner.

Qualifications

Candidates will hold a vocational related qualification in Motor Vehicle.

Maintenance & Repair at level 3, or IMI ATA registration at diagnostic technician level, or IRTEC registration at advanced technician level, or Engtech registration.

Evidence of qualifications held will be required during the selection process.
