Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD) – Stafford

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (DOE)

• 4 bed EBD home
• Supporting males aged 8–18
• Therapeutic approach to care
• The home is fully prepared and ready to operate

• Family‑led business with strong sector knowledge
• Leadership includes a Registered Social Worker and experienced Non‑Executive Director
• Clear 3–5 year growth plan to expand to multiple homes
• Long‑term vision includes developing a school to support the homes

• Lead and develop the home to a high standard of care
• Have autonomy to shape and improve policies and procedures
• Build and manage a dedicated staff team
• Drive a therapeutic and child‑centred culture
• Play a key role in the organisation’s growth and future direction

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
• Full UK driving licence
