Soft Services Supervisor

We are looking for a Soft Services Supervisor to deliver excellent service standards, meet SLA agreements, and manage a cleaning team across multiple client sites.

Contract: Permanent
Type: Part-Time
Hours: 20 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 05:30 – 09:30am (Monday – Friday)
Pay: £14.10 per hour
Location: Weston Road, Stafford, Staffordshire, ST18 0YY

• Maintaining a professional image and complying with all Mitie policies & procedures
• Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
• Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
• Handle issues professionally and elevate to line manager when needed
• Flexibility & willingness to complete any other reasonable management, client or customer requests

• Previous supervisory or Team Leader experience
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and to a schedule
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to service excellence
• Willingness to support continuous improvement in service delivery
