Day in the life of a Change Manager As a key member of the Group’s wider leadership team, you will play an integral role in designing and delivering our systems-thinking approach to continuous improvement.
You’ll lead a high-performing team that partners with the wider business, acting as trusted advisors to drive meaningful change. You will:
Champion our ‘Improve It’ value through a structured improvement methodology
Lead cross-functional service and process reviews
Work closely with PMO and Programme teams to ensure alignment and clarity of dependencies
Foster collaboration across the organisation, breaking down silos and enabling a ‘one team’ mindset
What we are looking forWe’re seeking someone who is strategic, collaborative, and passionate about continuous improvement.
You will bring:
Proven experience designing and delivering organisation-wide improvement approachesA strong track record of leading successful change initiatives and building engagement across teams
Experience delivering change within a regulated environment
The ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to operational detail
Strong critical thinking and curiosity to identify improvement opportunities
Expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysisA passion for continuous improvement and the ability to clearly communicate its benefits
Experience measuring service performance and addressing delivery challenges
