Le/la Responsable de la transformation IA dirigera l'élab oration et l'exécution du programme de transformation par l'IA pour la branche Grid Systems Integration (GSI). En étroite collaboration avec le Directeur des opérations (COO) et le Responsable de la Business Line, ce rôle consist era à définir la stratégie IA et à la traduire en initiatives concrètes visant à améliorer l’efficacité, la productivité, l’exécution, la qualité et la prise de décision au sein de l’entreprise.

Ce leader devra identifier et prioriser les cas d'usage à forte valeur ajoutée, restructurer les flux de travail et les modèles opérationnels en accord avec la stratégie et l'état d'esprit "Lean", piloter le déploiement des initiatives IA, favoriser l’adoption de ces outils dans toute l'organisation et garantir un impact métier mesurable, afin de faire de l'IA un levier de avantage concurrentiel durable.

Le poste sera également responsable du développement de partenariats externes stratégiques et d'une collaboration étroite avec la Foundry interne pour accélérer la livraison et le passage à l'échelle des solutions.

Initialement, le/la titulaire du poste encadrera une petite équipe de chefs de projet et d'analystes de données. Il/elle opérera au sein d’un réseau transversal étendu, incluant les équipes opérationnelles, d’ingénierie, de gestion de projet, commercial es, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, de l'informatique (IT), du numérique, ainsi que les services juridique, conformité et les équipes groupe.

Summary (English)

The AI Transformation Leader will lead the development and execution of the AI transformation agenda for the Grid Systems Integration (GSI) business. Working closely with the COO and the Business Line Leader, this role will help define the AI strategy and translate it into practical initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, execution, quality and decision‑making across the business.

This leader will identify and prioritize high‑value use cases, re‑architect workflows and operating models aligned to Lean mindset & strategy, drive delivery of AI initiatives, build adoption across the organization, and ensure measurable business impact to harness AI as a source of sustained enterprise advantage. The role will also be responsible for developing selective external partnerships and working closely with the internal Foundry to accelerate delivery and scale solutions.

The position will initially lead a small team of project managers and data analysts and operate across a broad cross‑functional network including operations, engineering, project management, commercial, supply chain, IT, digital, legal, compliance, and enterprise teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI Strategy and Business Alignment
    • Partner with the COO and Business Line Leader to define the AI vision, priorities, and transformation roadmap for Grid Systems Integration.
    • Identify and prioritize AI use cases that improve operational efficiency, execution performance, quality, and productivity.
    • Ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business priorities and focused on practical, measurable outcomes.
  • Delivery of AI Initiatives
    • Lead the end‑to‑end execution of AI initiatives from opportunity identification through pilot, deployment, scaling, and value realization.
    • Build and manage a portfolio of initiatives with a balance of near‑term impact and longer‑term capability development.
    • Ensure strong program management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery discipline across all initiatives.
  • Operational Impact and Value Creation
    • Work with business and functional leaders to improve core processes using AI and advanced analytics.
    • Focus on use cases across areas such as engineering productivity, project execution, tendering, planning, supply chain, quality, reporting and functional productivity.
    • Define and track KPIs to ensure measurable impact in areas such as cycle time, cost, quality, delivery performance, and adoption.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and develop an initial small team of project managers and data analysts supporting the AI transformation agenda.
    • Set priorities, operating rhythm, and governance for the team.
