University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust in Stafford invites applications for a Band 6 Deputy Ward Leader in Accident and Emergency. The post is a 36-hour per week full-time role on a 18-month secondment, with fixed end date at end of November 2027.
You will lead the nursing team, oversee initial patient assessments, care pathways, and management of referrals, admissions and transfers, while developing leadership across the unit and contributing to a culture of high-quality patient care.
