Additional bonuses are available for achieving KPI targets and securing an OFSTED Good or Outstanding inspection rating.
Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the children's care facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement processes, including Regulation 45 reports, audits, improvement plans, and responses to Regulation 44 audits and local authority assurance visits.
- Monitor incidents, complaints, performance indicators, and outcomes for children.
- Develop and implement engaging programmes that support children's physical, emotional, and educational development.
- Manage staff induction, supervision, appraisal, performance, and development in line with safer recruitment practices and company policy.
- Ensure staffing levels, training, and research‑based practice support high‑quality care delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to ensure collaborative approaches to child welfare.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and well‑being, adapting programmes as necessary to meet individual needs.
- Ensure that safeguarding policies are adhered to at all times, creating a safe environment for all children.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the operation of the facility, including record keeping and reporting.
- Represent the home professionally in meetings and multi‑agency settings, building strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and safeguarding partners while upholding organisational values, policies, and professional standards.
- 3 Tier salary scale to reward proven experience and Ofsted Good‑Outstanding inspections
