Safer Hand Solutions are partnered with a forward-thinking and dynamic organisation that is seeking an ambitious and hands-on Head of Operations to join their senior leadership team.

The Role Reporting into the HR & Operations Director, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational delivery of services across multiple teams, ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, customer service, and performance are consistently achieved.
You will play a key role in translating business strategy into actionable plans, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence remains at the heart of everything the business delivers.

Key Responsibilities  
Lead and develop a team of operational managers.
Drive performance, productivity, and service standards across operational functions.
Oversee resource planning, workload management, and operational delivery.
Analyse KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement sustainable solutions to operational challenges.
Lead change initiatives and support the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.  About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:
 
At least 5 years' experience within an operational leadership or service delivery environment.
Experience managing managers and developing high-performing teams.
A proven track record of improving operational performance and delivering results.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading teams through change and transformation.
The ability to remain calm, decisive, and focused under pressure.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.  What's in it for You?
