About Us

We are representing a well-established exhaust manufacturing company producing high-quality exhaust systems for automotive and industrial applications. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Tube Bender to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating manual and/or CNC tube bending machines

• Bending mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium tubing to specifications

• Reading and interpreting drawings, bend data, and templates

• Setting up tooling, dies, and mandrels

• Measuring and checking bends for accuracy and consistency

• Assisting with cutting, notching, and preparation of tubing

• Maintaining machinery and reporting faults

• Following quality, safety, and production procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in tube bending or metal fabrication

• Ability to read basic technical drawings and bend specifications

• Good understanding of measurements and tolerances

• Strong attention to detail and workmanship

• Ability to work independently and meet production targets

• Commitment to workplace health and safety

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Experience in exhaust manufacturing

• CNC tube bending experience

• Trade qualification in metal fabrication or engineering
