We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver / Production Operative to join our busy manufacturing team. This is a varied role that combines forklift truck operation with production and warehouse duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.

• Loading and unloading deliveries.

• Moving raw materials and finished products around the site.

• Supplying production lines with materials as required.

• Assisting with production and manufacturing processes.

• Conducting quality checks and reporting any issues.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

• Following all health and safety procedures.

• Completing production and stock documentation accurately.

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (essential).

• Previous forklift driving experience within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.

• Ability to work rotating shifts.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible approach to duties and workload.
