Job Overview

A CNC Miller is required full-time in Anslow, Burton‑on‑Trent. Salary between £35,000 and £45,000 per annum plus overtime at 1.5× rate. This permanent position involves setting and operating CNC milling machines, editing and proving out programs, producing high‑precision components from engineering drawings to tight tolerances, conducting quality inspections using measuring equipment, and maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.

• Setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Editing and proving out programs
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications

• Previous CNC Milling experience essential
• Ability to set and operate CNC machines independently
• Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain or Haas controls advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
