Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 38 hours per week

Are you looking for a hands-on role within a manufacturing environment? We are recruiting for a Paint Plant Operative to join a busy production team, supporting the painting process by preparing and handling components to ensure they are processed efficiently and to a high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a manufacturing background who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in producing quality work.

• Hanging components ready for the painting process.
• Unhanging finished parts following painting.
• Assisting with the smooth operation of the paint plant.
• Handling materials safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out visual quality checks on finished products.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Supporting production targets and deadlines.

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with in a paint plant, powder coating, or similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced production environment.
