Plater (Night Shift) - Temporary Ongoing

Location:

Stafford

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plater to join a well-established engineering firm based in Stafford on a temporary ongoing basis.

This role is ideally suited to candidates with a strong background in heavy steel fabrication, who can confidently interpret engineering drawings and work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Marking out, assembling, and plating heavy steel components

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Working to high quality and safety standards

Operating independently and as part of a skilled fabrication team

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plater within a heavy engineering or fabrication environment

Ability to read and work from engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Reliable and self-motivated approach

Shift Pattern:

Night

Shift: 8:00pm - 6:00am

4 on, 3 off rotation

Paid breaks included
