Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for reliable and hard working Operatives to join a busy, well-established food production facility.
This is a practical, hands-on role within a professional working environment, supporting the preparation and processing of high-quality food products. Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidates.
The Role
As an Operative, your duties may include:
* Supporting the day-to-day production and processing operation
* Preparing and handling food products in line with company procedures
* Working to strict food safety, hygiene and quality standards
* Using basic equipment safely and efficiently following training
* Maintaining a clean and organised working area
* Working as part of a close-knit production team
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
* Meeting production targets while maintaining high standards of quality
About You
We are looking for people who are:
* Reliable, punctual and hard working
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Physically fit and able to remain on your feet for extended periods
* Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
* A good team player with a positive attitude
* Keen to learn new skills and develop within the business
* Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Previous food production, factory, warehouse, agricultural or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.
