Are you a commercially minded marketer who enjoys turning products into campaigns that actually drive interest, enquiries and sales?

We're recruiting a hands-on Product Marketing Manager for an established, growing business with a broad product range and ambitious plans. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the product, working with sales teams and taking real ownership of how products are positioned, launched and promoted.

You’ll sit at the centre of sales, product and marketing activity - making sure the right products are reaching the right customers, with clear messaging and the tools to convert interest into revenue.

This is not a role where you’ll be confined to one channel. One day you could be planning a product launch, the next creating a trade campaign, briefing new collateral or working with the sales team on how to win more business.

• Building and delivering product marketing plans around launches, priority categories and commercial goals.
• Turning product features and technical detail into compelling, customer-friendly reasons to buy.
• Owning product positioning, messaging and value propositions across key audiences.
• Planning traditional, sales-led marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, print, trade press, events and partnerships.
• Creating brilliant sales collateral, including brochures, product sheets, presentations, case studies and tender content.
• Supporting product launches, ensuring the messaging, materials and go-to-market activity are all ready to go.
• Managing the PIM system, keeping product content, imagery and information accurate, current and consistent.
• Working closely with sales to understand customer objections, market opportunities and competitor activity.
• Managing external agencies, designers, suppliers and printers to deliver high-quality campaigns and materials.
• Tracking campaign performance, lead volumes and return on investment to shape future activity.
• Owning the marketing calendar across product campaigns, launches, seasonal activity and events.

You’ll likely be working in a Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Manager or commercially focused B2B marketing role already.

You’ll be someone who is confident working with tangible or technical products and can take complex information, make it simple and give customers a real reason to care. You’ll enjoy working closely with sales, have strong commercial instinct and be happy getting stuck into the detail - as well as bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Experience with in a product-led, manufacturing, trade, industrial, construction or similar environment would be useful, but we’re more interested in the way you think and the impact you can make.

This is a visible role with genuine ownership. You’ll have the chance to bring more structure and energy to product marketing, shape how products are brought to market and create campaigns that directly support commercial growth.
