Citizens Advice Staffordshire South West is seeking an Energy Outreach Adviser to join our Energy Advice Team and help clients reduce energy bills and maximise income. The role involves outreach work in the community and delivering information to external groups.
Applicants should have vehicle access for outreach travel, a working knowledge of energy tariffs and schemes, and the ability to meet targets. Hybrid/field-based work may be required across Staffordshire.
