The RolePosition: Care Support Worker
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Shift Patterns: 10, 12, 14 and 15-hour day shifts
Shift Times:
- 08:00–20:00
- 08:00–18:00
- 08:00–22:00
- 08:00–23:00 (followed by sleep‑in 23:00–08:00)
- Wake nights 22:00–08:00
Driving: Full UK driving licence preferred (manual mobility vehicle available on site)

Located just a short walk from Stafford town centre, Portway House is a 15-bed supported living service for adults with a range of needs, abilities and goals.
Here, you’ll be helping people to:
