Overview

The Quality Co‑ordinator – Education and Assessment role is based in Stafford and offers a full‑time, hybrid working pattern, with a salary of £30,000 per annum.

The role involves coordinating Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities, maintaining precise programme and certification records, and supporting moderation alongside standardisation processes. You will work closely with the Head of Quality to ensure consistent implementation of quality procedures across approved centres.

Ideal candidates have experience in quality assurance, compliance, assessment administration, apprenticeships, or training operations. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing records and supporting the team's quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate IQA activities and quality assurance processes across endorsed programmes.
  • Maintain accurate learner, programme and certification records.
  • Produce quality, compliance and performance reports.
  • Monitor actions, identify risks and support continuous improvement activities.
  • Support moderation, standardisation and audit processes.
  • Ensure policies, procedures and documentation remain compliant and up to date.
  • Act as a key point of contact for centres, employers and stakeholders.
About You
  • Experience with in IQA, quality assurance, compliance, apprenticeships, training operations or assessment administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
  • Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience with in a training provider, awarding organisation or regulated environment is highly desirable.
  • Level 4 IQA qualification or knowledge of quality assurance processes would be advantageous.
  • Excellent all‑round IT skills including extensive experience of using Microsoft
    365.
