The Company

Our client is a well-established and internationally recognised food manufacturing business supplying products into major UK and global markets. With a strong focus on operational excellence, quality, food safety and continuous improvement, they are looking to appoint an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to lead and develop the site HSE function.

This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focused on driving a proactive safety culture, ensuring legal compliance and supporting continuous improvement across the operation.

The Role

The Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will take full responsibility for the site HSE strategy, systems and compliance standards across the manufacturing operation.

You will work closely with leadership, production and engineering teams to drive behavioural safety improvements, manage audits and investigations, and ensure the site maintains the highest standards of health, safety, environmental and food safety compliance.
