Basic salary negotiable depending on experience

Plus car allowance and uncapped bonus scheme

Our client is a highly successful independent estate agents who are currently looking for an experienced enthusiastic professional Residential Branch Valuer to add to their existing busy team. As a skilled Valuer you will be covering the Stafford/Cannock area listing properties to our client's extensive portfolio of residential properties.

As a successful Branch Valuer you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record with an excellent listing conversion rate. As Branch Valuer you will also need to display determination, self‑motivation and commitment to succeed in a competitive, challenging and fast paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills at all levels are also essential.

• Generating valuations and new business opportunities
• Successfully carry out residential property valuations
• Conducting sales pitches to prospective vendors
• Maintaining a strong conversion rate to list properties to the portfolio
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Selling referrals for Financial Services and Conveyancing
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation at all times
• Adhere to Company Best Practices and Company Brand Standards
• Promote features and benefits of the company's service, e.g. floor plans, marketing and advertising strength and customer service programme

• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Residential Valuer/Lister
• Excellent conversion rates with a proven track record in winning new business
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Strong history of securing individual and team targets
• Ability to work on own initiative to secure company objectives
• Full UK driving licence and car
• Knowledge of the local area would be desirable
