• Supporting customers with pre- and post-sales enquiries.
• Preparing quotations and assisting with public tender submissions.
• Maintaining the CRM database and handling commercial administration.
• Supporting the sales team with exhibitions, customer events, and demonstration equipment logistics.
• Office-based role with ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Travel across Europe and skiing trips (company trips).

• Graduate or Customer Support, Sales Support, Sales Administration, or similar background.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Mathematical skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Previous commercial or sales support experience (preferred).
