We're looking for a driven Lead Generation Executive to help fuel the growth of an innovative, market-leading business by identifying and engaging potential clients across the United States
. This isn't your typical sales role—you'll combine research, relationship building and outbound prospecting to create exciting commercial opportunities that directly impact business growth.

As part of a collaborative Business Development team, you'll be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities for the sales team.

• Researching businesses, projects and decision-makers across the US market.
• Proactively reaching out to prospective clients via phone, Linked In, email and other outbound channels.
• Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for the Business Development team.
• Building and maintaining accurate prospect data within the CRM.
• Working closely with Business Development Managers on key target accounts and strategic opportunities.
• Supporting client presentations and sales initiatives where required.
• Becoming an expert in identifying the right businesses and contacts to drive future revenue.

You'll be someone who enjoys speaking with people, loves a challenge and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.

• Previous experience in lead generation, business development or outbound sales.
• An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• A naturally inquisitive mindset with strong research abilities.
• Confidence using Linked In and other prospecting platforms.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience with contact databases such as Lusha, Zoom Info or similar (desirable).
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine hunger to succeed.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
