E-Commerce & Wholesale General Manager; Operations & Commercial Lead

We are expanding our pharmacy business combining direct-to-patient B2C e-commerce and B2B wholesale trading pharmaceutical business. With clear strategic plans to expand our infrastructure over the next 6 to 12 months into a specialised, high-capacity 3PL fulfillment hub for external partners.

We don't need a corporate bureaucrat, a slideshow strategist, or someone waiting for instructions. We need a relentless Operator-General Manager who will act as the operational driver across Faces Pharmacy and Faces WDA today, while building the foundation for our future fulfillment division and commercial lead. You will translate high-level ambitions into raw revenue, establish aggressive commercial direction, manage software/tech dev integrations, and hold the cross-functional leadership team accountable to tight unit economics.

We will train you on our specific industry regulatory compliance what we need from you is raw commercial drive, strong operations/logistics experience (fulfillment experience is a huge plus), and an obsession with gross profit.

• Commercial Leadership & P&L: Hold complete P&L accountability across B2C online dispensing and B2B wholesale revenue channels today, expanding into 3PL fulfillment services in Year 1.
• Operational Integration & Scaling: Partner directly with Em G (Operations) to maximize internal pick/pack efficiency, inventory turns, carrier rates, warehouse yield per square foot, and daily picker/packer productivity.

  Lay the operational, layout, and software foundations over the next 6–12 months to launch our third-party fulfillment services smoothly.
• B2B Wholesale Trading & Arbitrage: Work with commercial leads to identify short-supply lines, negotiate bulk pricing, trade pharmaceutical inventory fast, and capture high-margin commissions.

  Lead product development priorities for the Faces web app, custom customer portal, and warehouse integration to enable high-volume ordering.
• Cross-Department Accountability: Align Superintendent Pharmacist/RP compliance gates with aggressive sales targets to ensure legal safety without slowing down growth.

We measure success through hard numbers, gross margin expansion, and operational velocity. Starting from our baseline of £80,000/month net profit

• Target Monthly Net Profit: Maintain baseline
• Internal Fulfillment Cost per Order: Reduce B2C pick-and-pack labor and time costs bythrough warehouse workflow optimization alongside operations. Add more features to system to help grow.
• Tech Audit: Audit 100% of WMS/ERP/Portal software bottlenecks and sign off on a fixed 30-day dev sprint with clear delivery dates.
• Identify Team gaps: Where and what staff do we need - More Sales
