Electrician​/Approved Electrician

Fdl Contractors are one of the most respected building Contractors in Staffordshire, working with meticulous attention to detail, unrivalled expertise and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

We are currently looking for experienced Electricians to join our M&E team and contribute to the expansion of the business.

Currently operating across Staffordshire, West Midlands, Derbyshire and Shropshire Areas. Our works are provide an essential service to multiple authorities and large clients.

We believe our team is the best in the business, and we are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who can adapt and add value to our ever expanding team.

Pay based on qualifications and skill set.

Skills Required:

• 18th Edition Qualified
• Time Served Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship
• AM2 / NVQ3
• Confident with fault finding
• Good knowledge of required test paperwork
• Knowledge and understanding of health and safety requirements
• Basic ICT skills
• 2391 Inspection and Testing beneficial
• Experience of working in occupied and unoccupied properties
• Experience in domestic and commercial environments would be beneficial
• SSSTS/SMSTS qualification is preferred but not essential

Job Role:

• Working along side Multi-trade operatives.
• Daily reporting back to the M&E Manger
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings
