We are looking for a passionate Senior Support Worker who personally wants to make a difference in the lives of young people. As a Senior you will lead a team of support workers to deliver a high standard of care at all times, helping service users maximise their choices, rights and decisions.

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
• Experience working with young people with learning difficulties or emotional behavioural difficulties
• Good written and verbal communication skills
