• Show proven C# experience on commercial software development.
• Lead by example and mentor junior engineers.
• Translate business requirements into software solutions, researching, developing algorithms and programming in C#.
• Estimate, design, implement logic that delivers system functionality, and test solutions from an end‑user perspective.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with familiarity of sprints.
• Collaborate within a development team reporting to the Development Manager.
