About The Role

We are looking for a talented software developer/engineer to join our friendly, experienced team. As a development team, we work closely together, participating in pair-programming, planning, architecting as a team, and peer reviewing each others work. We have fun while we work and are passionate about technology.

We operate in an agile way, using the Scrum framework to regularly deliver value to our customers. The development team works directly with product owners to prepare work for sprints, cooperates with our customer-facing colleagues to give our users the best possible experience, and collaborates with our ops team to ensure our applications are stable and running well.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Principles: Demonstrate a strong understanding of software engineering principles, modern programming languages, and frameworks, including object-oriented programming and MVC architecture.

• Product Enhancements: Develop and peer review product enhancements.

• Issue Resolution: Diagnose, investigate, and resolve bugs.

• Agile Participation: Participate fully in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
