We are currently recruiting for Drivers to join a busy automotive operation in Stafford. This is a varied driving role combining compound driving duties with off-site vehicle movements between locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for moving vehicles safely around site, as well as delivering vehicles to other locations with the support of a runner returning them back to site following delivery.

As a Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Moving vehicles safely around a large automotive site
• Parking vehicles within compounds, workshops, and designated bays
• Delivering vehicles between sites as required
• Carrying out basic vehicle checks prior to movement
• Inspecting vehicles for any visible damage before and after movements
• Handling a variety of vehicle types and transmissions, including manual and automatic vehicles
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Following all site health & safety procedures at all times

• Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years
• No more than 6 points for minor offences
• Confident driving a range of vehicles
• Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Previous driving or compound experience is desirable
