In support of government customer, we are seeking an Administrative Specialist - Sr. with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy, principles, and organizational protocols.

Job Duties
  • Directly support Senior Managers with executive secretarial support services, including preparation of correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, action items, memos, charts, presentations, tables, and graphs. Provide excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to perform detail-oriented work under strict deadlines.
  • Direct classification, indexing, cataloging, and storage of confidential and critical information from multiple sources.
  • Advise, manage, and mentor personnel assigned to administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technical professionals in writing, editing, and publishing acquisition documents such as test plans, test reports, and survey reports. Track and monitor the flow of all documents from inception to final distribution.
  • Identify and correct problem areas as they arise and provide final quality‑assurance checks for all deliverables.
  • Lead and manage an administrative team providing enterprise‑wide support, including travel arrangements and travel support.
  • Assist with security clearance and visit request support, meeting coordination, facilities, and IT support.
  • Manage mail and office supplies, tasker management in ETMS2, and recommend government review and comment.
  • Consolidate and finalize responses for submission, track tasker closure, metrics, and keep historical records.
  • Support acquisition operations by managing and tracking documentation, AMHS correspondence, deployment, and conference packages.
  • Maintain workspace and facilities information; handle day‑to‑day operational and administrative assistance and daily roll call.
  • Process and track Public Release Requests; draft, staff, and submit CDRLs for government review.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma.
  • Ten (10) years of progressive professional administrative experience performing executive administrative duties.
  • At least six (6) years of specialized experience using commercial automated word processing (e.g., Microsoft Business Suite).
Specific / Preferred Requirements

Knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps regulations, manuals, and guidelines, including DON Correspondence Manual SECNAV M‑5216.5, MCO 5216.20B HQMC Supplement, GPO Style Manual, Marine Corps Records Management 5210.11F, JTR Regulations, ODTA, DTS procedures, JPAS, MOL, VIPER, and the Microsoft 365 suite of tools. Ten years of work‑related experience. Minimum security clearance required: SECRET.
