Position: Acquisition Program Analyst, Journey (Contingent Hire)

AMSG is seeking a qualified Acquisition Program Analyst, Journeyman, to support the U.S. Marine Corps Program Manager, Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2) Office. The selected candidate will provide acquisition, program management, business, and operational support across the acquisition life cycle, assisting with program planning, execution, financial management, documentation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful mission outcomes.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Education: Bachelor degree with 8 years of experience
Citizenship: US
Clearance Requirements: Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities
  • Review acquisition and procurement documents (APs, ASs, SOWs, PWSs, CDRLs, and taskers) for compliance with Federal, OSD, DON, and MCSC requirements and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, dashboards, spreadsheets, and metrics using Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Draft, update, and coordinate acquisition documentation, milestone packages, program reviews, briefs, and status reports.
  • Review and edit program documents for accuracy, completeness, formatting, grammar, punctuation, and acronym compliance.
  • Support meetings, working groups, and program reviews by preparing meeting minutes, tracking action items, and monitoring task status.
  • Prepare briefings, correspondence, information papers, and decision-support materials for Government leadership.
  • Support program planning, audits, assessments, and compliance reviews; assist in analyzing program performance and business processes.
  • Maintain program records, capability roadmaps, schedules, dashboards, configuration documentation, and SharePoint repositories.
  • Develop and update SOPs and process documentation supporting portfolio operations and SAFe Agile implementation.
  • Manage ETMS2 taskings, route documents for review and signature, and support development of program and portfolio presentations.
