Acquisition Program Analyst; Junior

ASencilla LLC is seeking acquisition program analysts to support integrated product teams for a Department of Defense program office in Stafford, Virginia. Contingent upon contract award; anticipated start December 2026.

• Document integrated product team (IPT) actions, decisions, and events against product schedules
• Maintain action item and milestone tracking; brief weekly status to team leads
• Analyze information presented at meetings and recommend courses of action
• Support KPI and OKR tracking and JIRA dashboard reporting
• Support communications planning and program documentation

• Minimum 4 years of program, acquisition, or project management support experience
• Strong organization, writing, and Microsoft Office skills
• Active Secret clearance (strongly preferred) or ability to obtain an interim Secret; U.S. citizenship required
• Bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience may be considered, subject to final contract requirements)
• Able to work onsite in the Stafford, VA area and start within two weeks of award

• DoD acquisition familiarity;
• DAU coursework (e.g., ACQ 1010);
• JIRA or Microsoft Project;
• product support or sustainment experience

Salary: $80,000–$100,000, based on experience and clearance
