Location:

Stafford, VA | Full‑time
Base pay range: $20.00/hr – $28.00/hr

• Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners calling for service
• Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and confirm job details
• Build trust with customers through clear, friendly, and confident communication
• Coordinate with technicians to keep daily schedules efficient and on track
• Manage jobs, notes, and updates using Service Titan
• Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth, professional experience
• Stay composed and solutions‑focused during busy days

• 1–2+ years of experience as a CSR, dispatcher, or admin (home services experience is a strong plus)
• Service Titan experience is preferred, but not required if you’re tech‑savvy and quick to learn
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift
• Team‑first mindset with a genuine desire to help people
