Team Members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across all stations, maintaining facilities, and ensuring safety.

• Greet customers at the Pay Station, assist with wash selection, promote memberships.
• Guide customers onto the conveyor track safely at the Loading Station and program equipment.
• Clean and sweep the parking lot and vacuum station, empty trash bins, check vacuum nozzles.
• Follow daily and nightly checklists, maintain safety procedures.
• Perform daily routines: cleaning, ensuring customer vehicles are clean, safety learning.

• Good communication

• Must enjoy working with people.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Friendly and polite demeanor.
• Pass pre‑employment background check.

• Full‑time or part‑time positions.
• Monday–Sunday; full‑time must work some weekends.
• Shift times 7:30 AM–9:00 PM (varies).

• Outdoor work, including summer heat and winter cold.
• Standing for long periods; no chairs available.
• Assisting customers quickly.
• Lifting, pushing or pulling 40 lbs or more.

• $13.00–$14.00 per hour.
• Bi‑weekly commissions and employee of the month bonus.
